PRIMARY

I've worked in primary schools all over UK and in Nigeria, also as an advisory teacher for English and manager for English as a Second Language, and have written a book about knowledge about language in the primary school. Other Writing

SIXTH FORM

I've worked in sixth forms in colleges in Hampshire, teaching mainly English language, literature and language/literature courses, but also some GCSE English, some Media Studies, and some Politics. I've written textbooks on language which are used in colleges and universities

UNIVERSITY

I taught for eighteen years at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in Nigeria, lecturing mainly on language and researching and publishing work on African Poetry in English (See Other Writing), as well as developing my poetry.
